Charges
Denz will require a non refundable deposit of £30.00 payable upon acceptance of the booking. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Denz does not accept credit cards.
Cheques to be made payable to ‘Denz Ltd’ 'Each party requires a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 35.
Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of booking details will be issued after payment of deposit.
Numbers to be confirmed 7 days prior to the party.
Cancellation
Deposits are non refundable and if the party is cancelled with less than 7 days notice the full amount is payable.
Party Procedures
All parties are 2 hours. 60 minutes in the play area followed by 30 minutes in the party room, followed by another 30 minutes play.
Your party guests will be met by a dedicated party host who will take care of your every need during your party. For all parties, with the exception of the Birthday Cake and whole jars of baby food , only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed.
Only party bags supplied by Denz may be distributed at Denz. These rules are for health and safety reasons. We offer quality Party Bags , which may contain small parts that might not be suitable for children under the age of three.
